Join Our Summer Camp Team as a Junior Leader!

Are you passionate about working with children, being a positive role model, and helping create fun and engaging experiences this summer? Rhythm & Blues Cambridge is looking for Junior Leaders to support our summer camps and community programming!

As a Junior Leader, youth will: Support campers during games, activities, and group time Help create a safe, welcoming, and positive camp environment Assist camp staff with setup, cleanup, and daily activities Encourage teamwork, creativity, and inclusion among campers Help support special events, crafts, outdoor activities, and leadership opportunities Build confidence, communication, and leadership skills while gaining hands-on experience

This is a great opportunity for youth looking to grow their leadership skills, gain volunteer or work experience, and make a positive impact in the community this summer!
