Art from the Heart Processing is a collective healing initiative designed to integrate creative arts, music, and movement into community spaces as tools for group therapy. Rooted in the values of community care and resistance, this project creates a safe space for individuals to process trauma, emotions, and mental health symptoms or simply gather in community through non-traditional, embodied, and relational practices.
