Hair Joy is a hands-on empowerment program for girls ages 10–18 that blends braiding skills, self-love, and entrepreneurship in a fun and supportive environment. Participants learn how to care for hair, master braiding techniques, from foundational styles to more advanced looks and build real, practical skills they can use beyond the program.  

Beyond technical skills, Hair Joy focuses on self-love, creativity, teamwork, and personal growth. The program creates a safe and supportive space where girls can express themselves, gain leadership skills, and discover how their talents can turn into real income opportunities.  

Hair Joy is more than learning to braid. It is about confidence, community, self-expression, and creating opportunities for the future.
